Steps to Check Your Payout Status
Step 1: Navigate to your wallet, which can be found on your Contra account.
Step 2: Identify your payout and click the downward arrow situated next to the amount listed on the far right of the screen.
Step 3: Here, you will be able to view three specific statuses for your payout:
Initiated: This status indicates that your payout process has been started.
Pending: This status signifies that we are still in the process of finalizing your payout.
Completed: This status means that your payout has been successfully dispatched to your bank.
More about 'Pending' Status
If your payout status shows as “Pending", it means that your payout is still undergoing processing. You can obtain an estimate of when your payout will be finalized by clicking on the down arrow next to the amount on the far right.
More about 'Completed' Status
If your payout status shows “Completed", it means that your payout has been successfully transferred to your bank.
Please be aware that banks may take between 24 to 48 hours to process the payout after it has been received. If you have not received your payout within 2 days after your estimated time of arrival, we advise reaching out to your bank for further information.
