How are digital products delivered?
Digital products are delivered to the buyer directly through Contra. Once a buyer enters their payment details and clicks “pay” we will land them on a success screen where they can access their product (files, links, etc.). Sellers have full control over what this page looks like and can update it on the fly. Buyers are also sent an email with a link to their product for future access.

When creating your first product, you define:

Add pricing tiers (optional)

Failed product subscription payments
Subscription payments can fail. If a payment fails, we will notify both the payment link owner and the client. Client’s will be prompted to update their payment method and trying payment again. If a subscription remains without a retried payment for 30 days, we will automatically cancel the subscription.
Updating an existing product
You can update an existing product at anytime, by selecting edit from your profile or the product page. You can also update delivery content on the fly so that past buyers always have up to date versions of your product. This is a great way to re-engage past buyers.
