Step-by-Step Guide: Sending an Invoice on Contra

This guide will walk you through the process of sending an invoice to a client on Contra.

Step 1: Navigate to the "Projects & Invoices" Tab

First, you will need to go to your "Projects & Invoices" tab on your Contra profile.

Step 2: Initiate the Invoicing Process

Next, click on the "Send invoice" button. This will start the process of creating a new invoice.

Step 3: Add Details to Your Invoice

Follow the prompts to add the necessary details to your invoice. This may include the services provided, the total amount due, and any other relevant information.

Step 4: Send the Invoice

After adding all the details, you can then send the invoice to any client. The best part is, your client doesn't need to be on Contra to receive or pay the invoice.

What Happens Next?

Once the invoice is sent, your client will be notified via email.

With these steps, you can easily send invoices to any client using Contra.
