If you wish to modify your email preferences, follow these steps:

Step 1: Navigate to your account settings.

Step 2: Find and click on the "Email Preferences" option in the left menu.

Step 3: In the email preferences section, you will find several categories of emails such as Marketing, Profile Suggestions, Support, and Newsletter. You have the choice to opt-in or out of these individual categories. Alternatively, you can choose to unsubscribe from all emails.

Step 4: After making your selection, don't forget to click on the "Update Email Preferences" button to save your preferences. Changes will not be effective until this step is completed.
