You can view your transaction statuses anytime by navigating to your Transaction dashboard from your Payments dropdown menu.
For clients
In the client's transaction log there are the following statuses:
Processing → funds are waiting to settle with the bank
Succeeded → funds have settled
Refunded → funds have been refunded back to the client
For independents
In the independent's transaction log there are three payment buckets:
Escrow → funds that are in escrow from an active project
Pending → funds that are on their way and waiting to settle with the bank
Available → funds ready to be withdrawn
Within each bucket, will see the following transaction statuses:
Processing → funds are waiting to settle
Successful → funds have settled
Failed → transaction failed
Refunded → transaction was refunded
