Transaction log statuses

Learn what each transaction status means for both clients and independents, to better understand the status of your payments.

You can view your transaction statuses anytime by navigating to your Transaction dashboard from your Payments dropdown menu.

For clients

In the client's transaction log there are the following statuses:

  • Processing → funds are waiting to settle with the bank

  • Succeeded → funds have settled

  • Refunded → funds have been refunded back to the client

For independents

In the independent's transaction log there are three payment buckets:

  • Escrow → funds that are in escrow from an active project

  • Pending → funds that are on their way and waiting to settle with the bank

  • Available → funds ready to be withdrawn

Within each bucket, will see the following transaction statuses:

  • Processing → funds are waiting to settle

  • Successful → funds have settled

  • Failed → transaction failed

  • Refunded → transaction was refunded
