How reviews for paid projects work
Contra will send an email to both you and your client upon completion of a paid project. This email is a prompt for you to share and evaluate your experience through a review.
After your clients review is submitted, it becomes visible on the “Reviews” tab of your Profile, viewable by others. Contra takes care of reminders and follow-ups for you, so there's no need to remind your collaborator manually!
Requesting reviews from previous clients
To enhance your reputation on Contra quickly, you can solicit reviews from previous Clients or collaborators. Here's how:
Go to your profile
Find the "Reviews" Section
Click on "Request a review"
Compose a tailored message: Write a personalized message to accompany your request. This message will be included in the email sent to your past Clients, facilitating them in crafting a review for you.
Send your request: After writing your message, hit send! Contra will take care of the rest, ensuring your request gets to your past clients promptly.
